I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

At about 4 miles into our run we noticed a truck down in the river. It made us nervous. One of the guys shimmied down and climbed up to look into the cab to see if anyone was in there. Luckily it was empty. That made us happy!
Used the eliptacle today to help keep feet ready for an early week 16 miler tomorrow. Tom, Tani, Tia and I are headed to SG tomorrow afternoon for 3 nights of Tuacahn musicals and the running is going to be hard in the hot weather and with the late nights.
Two nights of late Tuacahn musicals....wake up after 5 hours of sleep...go out in SG at 85 degrees at 5:30 am. Ran 10 miles. Tom added one more to make 11. One more musical tonight and then back home tomorrow. Fun times down here with Tom, Tani and Tia.
