Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

A most lovely run with my better half in a beautiful woodland area of San Juan Island.  We ran up to Mt. Findleyson and had a super emjoyable run!  Not many miles this week but all miles have been awesome!

Tom and I just made a little run out to the Pacific Ocean.  Had some major downhill to get there and equally uphill to get back.  Lovin our time in Seattle and especially time with our kids!

Did an urban trail today.  Not quite as fun as the ocean run or the Green Lake run.  Also lots more walking downtown Seattle.  Enjoyed dinner and games with Cam, Rurika and sweet baby Ella who learned to roll over today!  :)

Down to the ocean again.  Tomorrow is going to be so hard....I can't stand the thought of saying goodbye to Camron, Rurika and my baby Eleanor.

One more fun run in Seattle before heading home.  Found a fun hidden trail to enjoy.

Tom and I got to bed at 12:30 last night because of the Rush concert and woke up at 4:30 to head up Payson Canyon for our weekly downhill run.  Happy Birthday Chad.

Was looking forward to my most favorite run of the week....Payson Canyon!  Started out great but ended up pulling a calf muscle at about mile 3.  It hurt to run at all but was ok to walk....so I walked for 5 miles until someone got to the bottom and came back up to pick me up.  Hopefully I can baby it for a few days and it will be all better soon!
