I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Right after the run met up with Tani to help her with her drama yard sale. Spent about 7 hours with her earning a little extra money to help out with some of her awesome tours available to her this year.
Lest you think I am a huge slacker....I have been being active....just not always with running. I am having fun with a Zumba class and a strength training class. I just don't log that info.
Parked at the mouth of the canyon and ran up three miles to meet those coming down and then down 4 miles. Did it without injury. Kind of scary this close to marathon not to do something dumb.
Well Saturday I will find out what kind of marathon I can run on super low miles. I sure hope I avoid injury....that is all I want...to cross the finish line with no injury. It can take all day, just no injury. Got it? I don't want to get injured! :)
