I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

On running and on life.....
On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Personal:
Going to St. George? Bag the hotel and stay in one of our condos instead!
I got a lot done on this first day of summer break....it all started with a nice run and some Zumba. Even my girls were motivated to do lots around the house today and read and practice the piano, etc....how many days can we keep this going?
First Payson Canyon Run of the year! Love, love, love it! Beautiful full moon to welcome us, green all around, all kinds of birds, the deer and the antelope play (ok, maybe I didn't see antelope, but the deer were fun, except the super skinny one who looks like she hasn't had enough to eat over the winter.) The river sounds and the trickling waterfalls...the views of the valley below, perfect weather....it just doesn't get much better!

Tom and I had the opportunity to pace the American Fork 1/2 today. We love this course and the reason behind this race. All fees go toward help of local cancer patients. They also highlight survivors so we ran with Susan Lee's picture and in her behalf. She was diagnosed with stage 3C Colon cancer in 2007. She is now cancer free! We are so grateful that she was able to make it through such difficult odds!
When we got home we decided to go join in the SF City Treasure of the Trails celebration. Our river trail has recently connected and made a very nice trail for our city. We ran the 4 1/2 miles of the celebration trail.
