I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Nice to feel better today than Saturday. I felt so weak the other day, not sure why just didn't have the umph. Today felt much better. Started off with Tom for a couple miles then did the rest alone. (except of course for my last mile with Rui).
Tom and I thought this first run back home at altitude after 2 weeks vacation would be pretty scary. But a surprise to both of us we both felt very good! It would be nice if it were going to stay that way but I am afraid jet lag will probably catch up with us and we will have some pretty miserable runs as we get back into things and try to get into SGM training.
I'm having a heck of a time getting training going good for me again. Since about the second week in April I have had about 4 weeks of being sick and 3 weeks of vacationing.
I hope I can get it going from here...but this week will be a bit tricky too because I have a few days I will be at youth conference so a long run still might be another week down the road.
