I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Ran the first mile without a stop then a rest about every 1/2 mile. Turned around at 2.75 to come back down. Looking forward to seeing progress on this hilly route!
Ran almost to nine feeling great and then the dang heel started bothering me a lot! Unfortunately i was still 2 miles from home. I walked that but walking was even bothersome. I hope this heel heals eventually!
First down hill Payson Canyon of the year. Beautiful! I always love this. Please help me stay injury free so I can enjoy it! I do still have heel pain in my left foot but it doesn't bother me while running. Mostly hurts later in the day. Trying to ice more and hopefully keep running.
