I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

This was my longest run since coming back from the knee injuries. I ran 4 miles while Tom rode the bike. Then I started down to Benjamin on my own for the Mark the Great 5K. Tom drove down and ran up a couple miles to meet me. He ran his 20 miler yesterday. At the race I already had more than 10 miles on the morning. Tom ran the race with me. I did it in 26:58. The last mile was pretty intense, but the whole rest of the run went very well. I feel good at the moment. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Good to run a 1/2 marathon again. I just ran however my body wanted to run at any given moment. If something felt wrong or I was tired, I slowed down. If it felt good, I gave it my best. I was happy with the turn out. Tom did great! He did something like 1:26.
