So I can't figure out my back. I hurt through the night and wake up hardly able to move. After a few minutes of walking around I am able to go about the rest of my day with no troubles, including being able to run. People who see me running don't believe that I really have back troubles at all. I'm wondering if I need a firmer mattress. I am also wondering if wearing heels at work, (I stand for four hours in heels), makes it worse the next morning. I need to start keeping track of the things I am doing and when my back is doing well or not.
But after the back worked through it's crazyiness I enjoyed yet another run with my hubby. I think I like him being at my level. : ) A little selfish, I know, but I like it. It's great to run with him! I'll enjoy it as long as it lasts. |
