I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15
Short-Term Running Goals:
Long-Term Running Goals:
Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.
Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!
On running and on life.....
On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Personal:
Going to St. George? Bag the hotel and stay in one of our condos instead!
I don't know how some of you run so many miles on so little sleep! About once or twice a week I have to have a really good nap to catch up! And on the other days I need a little cat nap too. I guess I'm admitting to one of my really good naps this morning! : )

I have a really hard time running on little sleep also. I swear some people are just cut of a different cloth, seems like nothing can stop them. I have such "mental" issues with running though, I'm trying to work it out. Some days are better than others though! I love to run, but I don't think I'm cut out for races very well. They mess with my head.

Hi Kim, hope you and Tom are doing well. It looks like you guys are crankin out the mile. Thanks for the congrats on PCM, now I can get ready for SGM. The sleep thing is weird I know, it seems to be all I need though. Good luck with your training.

Naps are your friend! (just like hills, the wind, the moon, rain, etc are our friends - you can start singing the song now if you want :))

Hey Bonnie....we really do have a song for those things...but if you knew how annoying they were you wouldn't call it flirtiing. Now there are other songs that WOULD be called flirting...I like them better, but we'll keep them off the blog. :)

Sleep is over-rated!
Nice job this week, especially in the chilly morning air (it was warm today and we are gonna be back in the high 90's---BUMMER!)
