I am so glad Kim H. decided to join with the SF group today! Yeah Kim! It was so fun to run with her! I had met her in passing on one run a year or two ago, but never really until this morning. It was great to have a soggy running buddy with me! She is Kimmy on the blog. I noticed she blogged today for the first time since like October or something. We are looking forward to getting some good runs in together between now and SGM. However we won't have a chance to run together for the next few weeks.
We chatted a bit about the bloggers that she knows, that I don't know. And that I know that she doesn't know. And about those who we both know. It will be fun to get to know some of her gang that I haven't "met" yet.
Today I got to take my almost 16 year old, (on Monday), son to Red Robin for a lunch date and shopping at the mall for some b-day presents. I have to say it was quite an enjoyable date! So fun to just be with him and spend time together. And tonight I get to go out on a date with Tommy. He got to go on a cabin trip with our girls last night. They have been riding horses and four wheelers. Great times! |
