I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15
Short-Term Running Goals:
Long-Term Running Goals:
Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.
Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!
On running and on life.....
On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Personal:
Going to St. George? Bag the hotel and stay in one of our condos instead!
Tom has the day off today so we went out after the kids left for school. I was wanting to keep it closer to five but we over shot the distance a bit. After my 22 miler tomorrow I don't want to be much over 50 for the week. Tom is still out getting a bit more in.
We had Nate come over for our Thursday night massage. I'm glad we decided to have him help us out a bit. Hopefully we will be feeling nice and fresh and relaxed and ready to run on Oct. 4!
I can't believe you said you are trying to keep your miles "under" 50 :D Wow! You are just such an inspiration! The massage sounds SO nice and smart :D
A massage sounds really good! I'll have to look into that. Can't wait to hear how your 22 miler goes. That is my plan as well, but I am a little nervous about it.
You are awesome. I think I will have 43 miles after tomorrow and I feel like a SUPER STAR, I can not imagine "trying" to keep it under 50 miles for the week. Impressive. Keep up the good work and good luck tomorrow. I will be thinking about you guys~
Good luck on your long run tomorrow. I cant believe how close its getting. You have had some great training! I love your new picture BTW. You look so strong in it.
Great new picture!! You look SO FAST!! Good luck tomorrow!!
